If your order went through, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of checkout. It includes your order number, items, and shipping details.
Can’t find it? Try this:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
- Search your inbox for "Loop Earplugs" or "order confirmation".
- If you used Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay, the email may have gone to your payment account's email address.
Still nothing? You may have mistyped your email address at checkout. Contact us here, and include:
